Casta Diva is near Tyson's Corner - a bit beyond your range. They aren't 
cheap, and are more theatrical in nature, but if you want really spiffy 
Tudor/Elizabethan they might be worth a try.

Don't know of anyone locally who has shoes, unless you try one of the 
Scottish merchants. Also depends on how soon you want them, and what 
style/period.

I believe there are also a couple of costumer's shops in Occoquan. One 
caters to dancers, the other carries historical costumes.
