[Moo] combat archery

I was asked about combat archery and I figured I would go to the home of  
the best archers in the Known World... Stierbach.  She would like to use a 
crossbow but doesn't know who makes/sells combat crossbows and where to get 
legal arrows.  Thank you in advance.
