[Moo] Pennsic Guard Duty

Give up the Book of Law??  Do I have to?  I don't wanna . . . oh, wait,
yes I do!

I'll still be Clerk over Pennsic, so the Book will be mine to lend. 
Sure, it's big, blue, and weighty.  What more could you want in an
implement of destruction?
