[Moo] Champions of Stierbach

I am not sure of the dates but we can probably backtrack on target archery
marshal.  I won from Nikolai who took over for Mika when he made baron.
Prior to that I was champion during the reign of Rowan and Ivan.  I am not
sure who was before that.
