[Moo] Help! Trying to see who has and who needs the St. Roche Medallions

Greetings again, good people of Stierbach,

I've heard back from a handful of people regarding the medallions. However, I looked at the list of recipients, and well, I haven't heard from near enough people. Can you please verify if you have the little pewter medallion with the bull's head profile, or if you received the "holy cow", whether you would like a medallion? 

Also, if you know of receipients who are no longer playing, or no longer in the area, please let me know so I can check them off the list. 

The list, including my notations, is attached. Please note that I've added two people at the end of this alphabetical list who were not listed on the OP, but who have received the award.
