[Moo] February 2005 Bull nearly available!

Greetings to all,
 
The issue of the Bull for February 2005 should be available on the website
shortly.
 
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Lady Bianca de Bari profusely
for putting together the Bull this month.  Since circumstances are leading
me to step down, Lady Bianca has graciously agreed to be Acting Chronicler
for a period of time until she decides whether or not she would like to take
on the job full-time.  She has done a fantastic job with this month's
issue-- make sure you take a look at her efforts!
