    Who wants to go to Pennsic?

    Pennsic is just around the corner and the Barony of Stierbach has been 
    signed up to camp as a group. We are going to try for N18, N20, N21 or B06.

    We won't know which block we get until the first weekend in July. The 
    deadline for pre-registration for spac e is June 1, 2005. The website is 
    http://pennsicwar.org/penn34/index.html. The individual registration is 
    located on the upper right of the page. When registering, please enter 
    Barony of Stierbach for the group name. This way we will get credit for 
    your space.

    If you are planning to go to Pennsic and camp with Stierbach, please send me

    an email. Once you have actually signed up and received your confirmation, 
    pleae let me know. This way we can track our space. Some of the things I 
    will need to know if you are camping with Stierbach are:

    -SCA name
    -Mundane name
    -Number of people in your family/group (kids, spouse, etc)
    -Footprint of tent including ropes, shades, sunflies, etc
    -Is the tent period or mundane
    -When you plan to arrive at Pennsic
    -When you plan to depart Pennsic
    -Would you be interested in a meal plan if we have one
    -Any special requirements needed for camping (ie. handicapped)

    There will be mo re information to follow and there will be a Pennsic mailing

    list setup soon. Please let me know if you have any questions.
