Lol, I would end up doing something like puncturing my tire...<grins>.  Loric was kind enough to curve my shield for me at work.  Thanks for all the help and info.  I have it saved in a folder for a rainy day...<smiles>.

Well, if you want a cheap way to do it, use a car and a straight curb.  That is how we put a curve in my aluminum shield.  Just laid it on the curb and drove the car right down the middle.  It's tricky and not as nice as a roller but it works and you have the tools.  ;)
