Poor indeed are those who were not privileged to be present at the Sudentorre Coming out party.  Almost as poor as those who might miss the upcoming :"Defending the Gate"  The Baroness and I had an excellent time yesterday.  The moving targets lent a novel time to the archery.  And it is always a pleasure to cross swords with new fighters.

  Greetings!

  Yesterday, friends from far and wide, old and new, met at House of Wolfhou (Alan and Barbara Miller) to celebrate in style the Canton of Sudentorre's new status as a Canton!  

  There was much laughter, gaming, archery, meeting of new and old friends, lots of great food, heavy fighting (practice and working on fighting form) and beating up of Alan in his new armor; a toast with last summer's honeysuckle mead, and then more gaming, more laughter and more eating took place.  It was a very good day.

  Thank you to everyone who attended.
