[Moo] OT: Currency Exchange

The best rates I ever found for currency exchange were at the American
Express Travel Store in Tysons II.  If you've got an Amex card, you can
do it for free; otherwise, there is a nominal fee.  (And unlike some
places, "nominal" is true.  It was something like $3 a few years back.)
 AAA will also exchange currency, but you have to buy a set package and
their rate wasn't very good the last time I checked.
