Baron Turgeis Hakonson, Stierbach Baronial Warlord, Bids you Humble
Greetings,

As Atlantia makes ready for Pennsic, I have been authorized, by the Kingdom
Warlord, Count Sir Valharic, to disseminate the individual battle
descriptions and agreed conventions for heavy, rapier, and archery. If you
would like a copy, please email me and I will send you the attachments.

This information can and should be distributed to populace of Atlantia. It
is understood that there will likely be changes and modifications as the
war grows closer. The Kingdom Warlord and I are making every effort to plan
for these possible changes. We also recognize that there will be questions
and concerns in reference to the material you have been provided.

His Excellency and I ask that you utilize the existing Chain of Command
within your Regional Army to address any questions. The Regional Army
Commanders are experienced and competent leaders who should be able to
address almost any issue.

Regional Army Commanders should make every effort to address questions and
concerns as much as possible. Issues that are not resolvable at their level
should be directed to myself and or the Kingdom Warlord. We will do our
best to address them, but in all honesty, you know have as much information
as we do.

As pertinent additional information becomes available, it will be forwarded.

Please note some specific points as you read each scenario:

 1) There are 27 total war points this year: 20 for Armored Combat, 3 for
Rapier and 4 for Target Archery.

 2) Combat Archery and Siege Engines will be present in every large scale
battle with the exception of the Woods. Specific details are in the
attachments.

3) TIME is a factor in every large scale battle.

Knowing the information contain in each scenario description will make each
and every Altlantian combatant 90% better prepared than the average Known
World fighter who just shows up the morning of the battle and says, “Anybody
know what we’re supposed to be doing?”

Lastly, if nothing else, EVERY FIGHTER SHOULD KNOW WHAT THE OBJECTIVE IS AND
CONDITIONS OF VICTORY FOR EACH BATTLE.

Humbly Submitted in Service,
Baron Turgeis
