[Moo] Marshal Warrants

I was skimming through the lists of warranted marshals and suspended
marshals. Quite a few people are suspended for expired membership or overdue
classes. If you are planning to marshal at Pennsic, you may want to get
membership information updated ASAP and contact the appropriate people to
get the classes you need.

 

MIT's should also check their info is up-to-date.
