[Moo] baronial tabard

Hi,

Except for one battle, where I promised to fight with the black talon in 
honor of their 15th aniversary, I will fight all battles in the ranks of the 
Stierbach unit

I would really like to wear the baronial bull, so could it be arranged that 
there is a baronial tabard for me at Pennsic?

Otherwise I will be dressed in the Ponte Alto tabard, as I was in their 
ranks last year.
