Unto this Finest Shire of Stierbach –
 
I would most seriously seek the advice and counsel of a Herald of the First Order and do wish to find one here for consultative purposes.  In the many years past, I had encounter with a particularly fine gentleman, by name Master Allyn O'Dubhda.  Please advise if he is still upon this land or another OR if there is a Herald of this caliber still herein resident.  This is matter of great importance and such advice is needed for a very special project of significant international consequence.
