[Moo] Lunch menu Posted and Hotel Reservation deadline for KA&S Festival

Here is the lunch menu for Kingdom Arts and Science Festival:

Spiced ham w/fruit or roasted chicken w/sauce
bean tart
cucumber salad
stuffed mushroom caps
cheese knocci
bread and butter
fresh fruit and/or pie
boiled eggs (veggies)
Water/soft drinks

Lunch is available for a cost of $5.  Funds raised from lunch will be donated to 
the Oak.  All dietary concerns should be address directly to THLady Grace 
Whiting at KristiWhyKelly at aol.com, 540-338-6498.  

You still have time to reserve a hotel room at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Fredericksburg, 
Virginia (5327 Jefferson Davis Hwy).  Howard Johnson is offering a discount nightly room 
rate of $60 plus tax (10%).  **This special rate is only good until Wednesday, February 22.**  
Regular room rate is $75.  To make a reservation, call Howard Johnson at 540-898-1800 
and the reservation name is SCA.  

The hotel is located just off I-95 (exit 126) and is located on Route 1.  The hotel is 
located on the way to the event.  You have a choice of a room with two queen size 
beds or one king size bed with a pull out sofa bed.  All rooms come with free internet 
hook-up, satellite TV, microwave, small refrigerators, and free continental breakfast.  
The hotel has also providing the SCA a room for an after hours post-revel. 

There is limited crash space available.  Contact the Autocrat.

110 Revell Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405.  Make checks payable to "Canton of 
Sudentorre, SCA Inc."  For your convenience, you will be able to pay for your lunch 
in advance.
