[Moo] New Dates for Future Pennsic Wars

NEW Dates of Future Pennsic Wars
Starting in 2007, Pennsic War will be moving one week earlier. Pennsic 36 will start on Friday, July 27, 2007 (Land Grab day), and will end on Sunday, August 12. 
This change has been approved by the royalty of the Middle, the East, and Æthelmearc. At East Kingdom Curia (scheduled for August 14th), East Kingdom law will be updated to include the new dates.
