Caitlyn and I are cleaning out the house in preparation for our move in 
the fall and have a couple of things people might be interested in: 

1) Small sleeper sofa - Unfolds to a double bed. Upholstery is a little 
tatty, but otherwise sound. 

2) Upright piano - Needs a good cleaning/adjusting/tuning. Looks nice, 
includes a stool. 

Rules: 

First person to say they want it, gets it. 

We'll help you get it to our front door, you're on your own after that.
