[Moo] Stafford County's celebration of 400th anniversary of Jamestown

Hi--
I'm going to be at Pennsic, of course. I am, however, cc'ing this to a
friend who might be interested. He's with the Virginia Renaissance Faire,
and can do "rise of gunpowder" as well as, or better, than I can.
