 LOL The ouch was me.  I got wacked in the shoulder pretty good.  But no worries I learned a lot about how not to put my shoulder out there again! LOL  We had enough medical people in the room we were covered.

And on a funny note from the other side, I have a friend at work who also runs at that fire station. He said there was also of clanging and some ouches. He said they figured if there was dead silence, they would check on the fighters...
