[Moo] OT: looking for a new place

Looking for an apartment/condo, to rent, or house to lease to own.  At the moment, I can afford about 300/mo safely, after Feb, I should be able to afford about 700/mo.  I have two dogs, one is 15yr old Lab/Shep mix, and probably is not going to see next Christmas, the other is a min. schnauzer, doesn't bark much, is crate trained, excellent manners and is about 25 lbs.  I also have a 16 gallon fish tank and a desktop betta tank.  I plan for this to be a possibly long-term commitment, so a lease to own place is prefferrable.  If you can start low on payments, I can work my way up to higher monthly payments, once I get a better idea of how much I can afford, given mileage to work, etc.  I will be working in the Dale City or DC area, so anything close to there, within a 45 min drive (including traffic time please), is fine.  Mileage is no problem, just traffic.  Anyone with any prospects or even just ideas, please email me off list.
