I want to thank anyone who had a hand in Birthday. From the people whom I
was able to bounce ideas off of months ago, to Friday morning work crew.
>From those who stuck with me even though things didn't necessarily go as
planned to those who graced us with your presence on Saturday. Everything
from the Archery targets to the woods fighting; from the *first
ever*Children's Rapier Tournament, to the largest A&S display I have
seen at our
event: to a beautiful feast that was absolutely perfect after the hot day:
I've seen that a good time was had by all! None of which would have been
possible without *you*.

I would like to take a moment and publically recognize the children of
Stierbach:
If I saw a need
and that they were free,
they jumped to the task
with no questions asked.
I can not tell you all how much I appreciate this. Ringer, Megan, Michael,
Chris, Tuppence and Eva, and all of the driving Wolfhou children who went
back seemingly numerous times on Saturday to obtain that which was
unaccounted for. Thank you all very much.
I would also like to thank the "tent take-down crew". O.o These gentlemen
just went to task Sunday morning destroying tents. They were down faster
than I could watch! I had expected it to take until noon for them to be
down....they were *all* down by a little after 10AM. Thank you so much for
your hard work!

If I have seem to have missed you on here, please do not think that you have
been forgotten. Please simply forgive an analytical mind just coming down
off of a first event (and recovering from a sunburn....which you did all
warn me about!)

>From my heart; thank you all so much. I could not have done this without *
any* of you.
