[Moo] Cub Scout Demo June 28--Volunteers Needed!

Currently we only have 3 volunteers that have said they could make the
Cub Scout demo on the 28th; unfortunately one of our volunteers had to
drop out.  I thought we could do it with four, but if we only have
three it will be hard to put on a show to entertain 450 cub scouts
just after lunch.

I'm still willing to give it a shot if those other 2 volunteers think
it is worthwhile, but if we could get a few more bodies it would give
us a much better range of activities.

I realize this would mean taking time off of work for most people, but
it is over a month away.  If you think that you can make it, please
drop me a line.  Otherwise, I may have to tell them that we do not
have the support to get one done this year.  I hate to do that, as I
said, but I'd rather tell them now than show up the day of the demo
with few to no people.

For a smaller crowd, where we could be more intimate, we might be able
to get away with just one or two.  For 450 kids in a stand we almost
need a show, with a herald/announcer, and several activities that can
be 'seen' from the back of the audience.  Any kind of suggestions are
welcome.

The demo is scheduled for just after lunch on Thursday, the 28th.
