[Moo] query

A "Cecilia in Ohio" could also be me, I suppose?  I am lately of Ohio, after all.  Granted, I haven't been to an event since Twelfth Night in 2005 in good old Stierbach.  One day, I won't work evenings, and I'll get to meet people in my new barony and go to events again.  A girl can hope, anyway.  :)

There is a local Celia, one Lady Celia of Rosedale, who lives in Ponte Alto and is one of the Ravenstreet folks. She's the only Celia I can think of who attends events in the local area. Without a little more circumstantial detail, I don't know how to direct your inquiry.
