Karin, 
  We have 7 people who will be running the lunch
tavern & bake sale, 2 cash boxes. I am asking  (will
post at the event as well) for about 4 more bodies to
help us man the lunch tavern during the day.
  We need 5 tables & access to a doorway for propane
grills.
  Let me know if there is anything else you need.
