[Moo] Stierbach's 12th night Bid

I just recieved official notification from Duchess Simone that we did not  
recieve the 12th night bid.  She wanted me to pass along her thanks for  getting 
a quality bid together on such short notice.
 
I would also like to thank you for all the support I recieved as a  potential 
autocrat, and I hope we can send a large contingent to wherever the  event 
may be held.
