[Moo] [hartsbane] parade stuff

For those who are walking in the parade; My house will be open at 12:00 noon so that there is time to sit ad relax befor we have to head over the hill for the walking part. Street parking will be a chalange and I have space for about 6 maybe 7 cars in my yard, so first come first serve. It has been suggested that those who wish can park over at the Danial Morgan Middle School and walk over to my place from there. I'm around a 1/2 mile for the school so it isn't a big walk. After the parade there will be food at my place and time to relax. It is a short walk from the end of the parade and if nessasary we can arange to have people picked up. I will have BBQ Pork, Vegitarian pIzza, strawberry salad, hot dogs and hambergurs, Sherry has agreed to bring her romian chicken salad. What I need are chips and dip, hot dog and hamburger buns, drinks, and condiments (ketchup and Mustard). Any one is more than welcome to bring extra stuff for food if they wish. We
 will have tables set out and a couple of chairs. If you want to bring an extra folding chair tha works too.
Please reply to this post so that I can make a list of things that are going to be here.
Bring your kids I have a swing in the yard

I will have to disapear later to help my honors class pick up chairs so I will be indisposed from 5 till Im done.

OK folks here goes:

We are in Division 3 # 25/26. Last minute prep and loading to happen
at Alienor and Reinmar's friday sometime after 2pm.

Day of Parade construction and decorating of float:

Meet at Parking lot across from National fruit co (Fairmont and Wycke
streets) at 7am. Bring the following: staple guns, hammers/mallet, a
ladder or 2, scissors/wire cutters, and fabric to cover hay bales. At
8:30 the float will move into the line up position, folks are then
free to go to judith and Darri's house, and possibly other locations
to get dressed and park . 
At 8:45 people that want to be on the float will be picked up by
William and taken to the line up spot to be judged. After judging
[people can find lunch, and the walkers will meet at lorics at 1 then
they can walk over to the line up area. 

William has offered to be shuttle person and we can park over at
judith and darris or daniel morgan middle school by lisa and daves

I will have a small cooler for water/snacks for the float folks, and i
know there is a wagon for the walking folk to put water/armor on
