[Moo] No Rapier Practice at Wolfhou on New Year's Day

I just checked the weather and it is going to be in the mid-thirties
with a wind chill in the 20's on Thursday. Because of this, I do not
intend to hold an official New Years rapier practice. Weather permitting
we will have practice on Sunday with regular Baronial fighter practices
resuming on Tuesday 6-January. 

I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable new years.
