One possibility:

exerceans facta fortuita benevolentiae

...where "exerceans" is the present participle of "exerceo"; if being used 
as other than the subject of a clause, it becomes a gerund (exerceandi, 
exerceando, exerceandum, exerceando).

I'm sure there are other possible translations as well.
