[Moo] measurement help?

amedium to tall man is still not clear enough.... is it for a man who had proprotinate arms long arms and legs for his hight of the oposite? this will make your life a ot easier.

Could some gentleman of medium to tall height be so good as to provide 
me with two measurements? I am making a tunic for a gift and, being a short 
woman, would rather not guess at these things.
 
I need a measurement from wrist to wrist across the back, with arms 
extended to the sides, cruciform (ie  maximum width of the piece)
 
And center front neck down to the top of the knee, and to thje 
floor.
