[Moo] baronial birthday conflict

Event MIC is covered: that's me. :)

Dexter, thanks for the offer to handle MIC-Heavy.  I'm ok with it as
long as it doesn't interfere with your CiC duties.

For Dexter, and in case there would be other volunteers to take over
for Loric, here's what I expect from my activity MICs:
- First and foremost, be the primary authority on their field to
ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment of the activity.
- Again within their activity, supervise other mashalls and MiT's as appropriate
- Come up with the details of tournaments/challenges/scenarios for
their activity.

Thanks to everyone who has voluntereed so far for the different activities.
