[Moo] Known World Heralds' and Scribes

Good Gentles,
Our barony is rich in heraldic and scribal interest and talent. There is no more logical place in the Known World to hold the Known World Heralds’ and Scribes’ Symposium. Our Baroness (who is both a herald and scribe) suggested to me to put together a bid to bring the Symposium to the Barony. The next available date is in 2010, which should give us plenty of time to plan for it. I will be putting together a bid with myself as autocrat. I have autocrated one of these before, but not with such a rich population base and local attractions. I encourage people to think of what they would like to see happen as such an event.
