Greetings unto the Barony of Stierbach,

This weekend at Holiday Faire we will be accepting donations on 2 baronial projects; the Largess/Favor drive and the scroll holder project.

If you are giving to the largess/favor drive and would like to be considered for the competition please have your items turned in before 2 pm. Master Richard Wymarc has agreed to collect items at the Silent Auction table for us. Do not forget to label your item(s) with your name and contact information so we know who has helped the Barony. Please remember the drive does not end, we will always be in need of items for gifts, thank you tokens, award badges, children’s basket items, and etc in the future. At holiday Faire we will be giving prizes for the following categories:

• Most creative award token • Most creative baronial populace favor • Most creative new person token • Most creative period largess item • Largest amount (any category) given by an individual • Largest amount (any category) given by a group of people (they will need to enter under the same name every time they give)

Also, if anyone has any supplies or completed scroll holders for the scroll holder service project you can get those to us as well. Next to the Baronial thrones there will be a large bin for you to put donations into. Feel free to drop them off at your leisure, and sign the notebook to let us know who is helping out. If you need more information on the scroll holder project, there is a pdf off the Baronial website at http://stierbach.org/gallery/Handouts/making%20scroll%20holders.pdf.

Thank you, without you and your support our job would be more difficult.

Flaithri and RhonwenBaron and Baroness Of Stierbach
