You can still put out what the theme is.  

Most A&S's info doesn't make it into the announcements.  Most are sent out on the Merry Rose and then something is posted on the Stierbach website.  

I would think it is not too late to post an A&S announcement.

It was supposed to be a Yule theme, but due to a minor glitch that didn't make it into the announcement so there will be no restrictions on what folks want to enter.
