[Moo] New Coronets for Our Barony

Greetings to the Populous of Stierbach.

Their Excellencies Rhonwen & Flaithri are in need of new lightweight Coronets. Being aware of all the many talented Artisans that reside in our fair Barony, the Regalia Committee is accepting bids up until 12th night  for the creation of the new Coronets. 



I.                 The committee will begin accepting design submission from this day forward unto 12th night.

a.      Submissions can be made as a team. The designer and the proposed builder may be different people, but must submit a proposal together.

b.     These are to be lightweight durable leather/metal coronets that can be worn on the field and off.  

c.      These will be a symbol of the Barony and should include heraldic elements that reflect the Baronies arms.

d.     The Arms of the Barony are not required to be on the coronets.

e.     The Coronets shall be ready to present to the Barony at Baronial Birthday.

II.               Designers will need to provide the following information:

a.      Complete contact information for them and when applicable the person who will make the coronets

b.     Detailed sketches showing front, back and side views along with any proposed detail work.

c.      Sample of the materials proposed to make the coronets if possible.

d.     Budget outlining the cost of materials and if applicable labor, to be given to financial committee.
