Greetings fellow Stierbachians...

Sapphire Joust is on the horizon and a decidion needs to be made..!!  Are you planning to attend, are you are planning to camp, and who do you want to camp with?

If you wish to camp with the Barony, you will note there is a cut off date for signing up early.  Also the prices change on day tripping, and the price for camping for BOTH adult and child.

If you would like to camp with the Barony, please make sure you list this on your pre-reg form.  

If you have nevered camped at Sapphire Joust, we have a lovely flat, shady area.  This is also a good "Pennsic dry-run camping event" for a lot of people.  Not too many chances to drag out the ol camping gear and see what needs updating, fixing or replacing.

The Encampment Name:  Barony of Stierbach

If you would like to camp with the Barony, is there any interest in a group dinner on Saturday night?  Maybe breakfast?  If there is any interest in a "meal plan" of some kind, would someone like to coordinate this lovely task??

Remember, first cut-off date is fast approaching--MAY 1, 2009.

I will be your lovely Camp Coordinator and have been promised lots of bribes..err, presents for taking on this task.  So if I get treats, I will share with everyone..!!
