[Moo] [Watchtower] Helmet Liners? or padding under leg armor

I put the same question out on the Armour Archive last night. I got a 
few replies, one even from the guy that sells them at Gulf Wars, though 
he might be bias. I don't know that you need to buy them so that I have 
a local review too. :)
