Greetings again!

A few reminders for this weekend, and a few answers to the questions I
have been getting.

As a reminder...it will be hot...it will be sunny...make sure to bring
sunscreen, something to drink, and drink out of. We will have water
coolers on site, but a cup to cut down on waste would be wonderful.

Garb is optional as it is a practice and work day.

Snacks to share as well as an item for the pot-luck are encouraged.
Gear for the pot-luck would also be wise.

Make sure to bring chairs to use on the field.

Day shades are welcome.

There will be a couple craft tables for use by people with A&S projects.
If you would like to bring an extra one feel free. If we like we can do
A&S outside on the patio instead of inside. Plan accordingly for
projects.

If you have site specific questions please feel free to call or email
Ona (silvrbrumby at yahoo.com). If you have practice specific questions
please feel free to email Flaithri (baron at stierbach.org) or our ever
wandering Warlord Stefan (steve_knerr at hotmail.com). Sofia is not only
our wonderful Seneschal, but hydration expert, please contact her if you
would like to coordinate water/snack items (mcc21998 at verizon.net). I
seem to be in charge of the softer side of things, so those types of
questions can come to me.

Thanks everyone! These days get better and bigger each time. We hope
to see many of you there, and if anyone has suggestions on the next one
to be held in July right before Pennsic just let us know.

Yours,

Baroness Rhonwen
