[Moo] Spring War

Quick clarification. WoW is in October. Much of the preparation will parallel Gulf and Pennsic.
But it will be our war.

Is it his Excellency anticipate a chevauchée that will require a high
percentage of combat archers to men-at-arms in the grand tradition of
Sluys, Crecy, Poitiers, and Agincourt? If so, and the terrain permits
it, I feel that with a concentrated effort to muster, and authorize,
the combat archers that will strike fear, and formidable flying
feathered fatalities upon the persons of our enemies is called for.
I heard that the Warlord was out securing a good supply of goose
feathers to help fletch the innumerable arrows that will rain down on
those that would deny us our rightful, um, rights. (Why are we
fighting again?)
