Greetings Riders of the Known World, 
No I haven't seen any horses here yet. So, I needed something to do for exercise and entertainment!
You may have heard that we are holding Rapier training here at Kandahar AirField with an average of 6 participants and a dozen or more spectators.  It seems that is the most exciting fun for folks to
watch and try. We are passing out SCA flyers and have an SCA Social nite on Thursdays.  

We have Rapier  loaner gear that will be leaving with Lord Gunnolf next month, unfortunately. So, many of you asked me what you can send me ---- we need any rapier gear that you may have
hanging around. Simple tabards to go over the fencing jackets would add
a nice touch.Please ship to me (do not use my rank).
