[Moo] Newsletter time

Greetings,

    It's time for things for the newsletter again.  Meeting minutes, letters, and whatever else you want to share with the Barony.  I need some volunteers for Scribal Corner so if you've got a scroll scanned, send it along.  I'd like to have everything by Monday the 30th.
