[Moo] Re-Authorization Question

Does this apply to re-authorizations from out of kingdom as well, or only for Atlantian re-authorizations?

The fee is $5 and you'll have to complete some paperwork but you will not have to re-fight your authorization.
 
However, this is a good time to add additional weapon forms, if you so desire. You WS authorization will automatically be renewed with the addition of the new weapons form.
