[Moo] Heralds Title for Stierbach

Actually, Marcolo-- a LOT of baronies use their own title for their
Baronial Herald. It's a way of honoring the Herald who is in charge of
all the Baronial heraldic bits and pieces that go on. If Triton Herald
doesn't have a problem with it, then why should we?
