[Moo] Heralds Title for Stierbach

I don't wish to stifle creativity, I am just not a fan of titels and ranking
systems. Any time there comes a discussion or a vote to add new ranks and
titles then I will vote nay.  If something is *open* for discussion, that
does not mean that I have to agree with the majority. My opinions may be
retarded or silly or off topic but they will be mostly mine and not
restrained by what others want them to be.
