[Moo] Dogmart weather

The weather is going to be great tomorrow.  Highs in 70's, and mostly sunny.

Opening ceremony starts at 10 am.  Would like people to be there around 9 am at the latest.  

We will be setting up the displays around 7:30 if you would like to come out and help.
