We had two fighters in armor last night. Under Ragnar's (of
ribcracking fame) experienced eye, the two fighters worked on
technique and form.

Lessons Learned:

1) In order to do pell work between formal practices one must first have a pell.
2) Bruises on the right side of your body MAY be an indicator that
your defense against sinister handed fighters could use some work.
3) Taking a blow on a limb in order to land a killing blow is an
acceptable tactic.
4) There is no threat of septicemia from "wounds" delivered by rattan
weapons. (see lesson three)
5) When you intend to sacrifice your right leg in order to land a
killing blow make sure your opponent is aiming for your leg and not
your ribs. (see lesson two)
