[Moo] February Business Meeting - Recap

For those of you unable to make the February Meeting this is a brief 
recap of what you missed:

* Review of Open Officer positions - Minister of Minors and all deputy 
positions except Exchequer and Webminister open.
* Lord Enequy has taken over as Archery Marshal.
* Conducted a short calendar review
* Lord Enequy has registered the Barony of Stierbach for Pennsic so 
people can start registering
* Mistress Ceridwen  passed out copies of the Barony Finances, we are in 
sound financial shape
* Baronage is extended for those that did not see it on any of the 3 
baronial e-lists
* Upcoming Baronial Days decided to be Sunday April 18th and either Sat 
July 10th or Sat July 17th.
* Atlantian 30th Year update - Canton of Sudentorre has agreed to split 
the cost 50/50. Should hear something after the Ymir event or at Ymir.
* Metalsmith Event - Classes are being coordinated by an East-realmer, 
coordinator is unknown.
* Baronial Birthday scheduled for Jun 26th. Goal is to be low-key. 
Siegfried to coordinate with champions to see what they want to do.
* Barony agreed to pay for Equestrian insurance for Abhainn Iarthair, 
amount $50.00.
* Lord Marcolo has volunteered to Autocrat Holiday Faire, working on 
event staff.
* All officers asked to please verify their data on the website, same 
for guilds and activities. Concerned that information could be wrong on 
Calendar.
* Janos read proposed titles for Barional Pursuivant. The Title 
"Steinmauer Pursuivant" was selected. Janos will coordinate with Triton 
Principal Heralds to get this registered.
