Training, Support and Guidance (from experienced and patient people)  will 
be provided to all volunteers.

try out something new in a non-Kingdom event, which has been rare  lately!
 
The positions I have available, and the requirements to take them,  are:
 
Marshal in Charge -- you must be a warranted marshal (in any  discipline)
Thrown Weapons Marshal -- you must be a warranted Thrown weapons  marshal
Head Troll -- you must be a member, and be acceptable to the Baronial  
Exchequer
Drinks coordinator -- you will be responsible for providing a variety  
drinks for the populace, at the Barony's expense
Field Steward -- you will be responsible for coordinating the physical  
setup of the various activities
Trash Coordinator -- you will need to make periodic checks of the  various 
trash cans
Bathroom Coordinator -- you will need to make periodic checks of the two  
restrooms
 
More positions may become available as we get closer to the event.
