[Moo] baronial day: could use some help

Greetings good gentles of the great Barony of Stierbach!
 
This Saturday, I could use about 4-5 people to help with setup (8:00am-10:00am) and takedown (8:00pm-9:00pm).  Lady Eleanor de Chester will be our Hall Steward.  She needs some help throughout the day with setting up tables and chairs for the classes and dinner, checking bathroom cleanliness, emptying trash, and organizing the food that people bring in for all to enjoy.  
 
If you are able to help at all, please drop me an email at dancing_pantz (at) yahoo (dot) com, so that I know who is able to help out.  Remember, many hands make light work, and will make the day nicer for all involved.  
 
I also would like to borrow the following items: any folding tables you are able to bring, rugs to protect the floor, a few power strips, and a few extension cords.  I will have yellow tape and Sharpie markers to label all goods so that they go back to the correct home.  If you are able to bring any of the items, please let me know.  I greatly appreciate any and all help you are able to provide.
 
One last thing I should mention: this is a DRY SITE, as it is a site for young adults.

>From the Woodbridge area, take Prince William Parkway and turn Right onto Liberia.  Approximately 1 1/2 mi. (intersection just after you go over the railroad tracks) turn Right onto Euclid Ave.  Go approximately 1/4 mi.  You will see Euclid Business Center on your right. Turn Right onto Kao Circle.  Drive straight back to the last building.  PWFA is the last business space in that building.

>From Centerville Road (coming from the direction of Rt. 66) turn Left onto Liberia and Left onto Euclid and follow above directions.
 
>From south: 95N, take exit 152B, towards Manassas.  Turn Right onto Prince William Parkway.  Go straight through the light and you will be on Liberia.  Turn Right onto Euclid Ave, proceed as above.
