[Moo] Herald support for Baronial Birthday

I will not be able to attend Birthday this year, as I am going to visit my
parents in Upstate NY.  Are there any Stierbachi heralds planning on
attending Birthday that I can ask to support Their Excellencies court?  I
wanted to start in-house as it were before going to the broader Herald's
list as Birthday this year is a bit more informal an event than most years.
