[Moo] Mistress Blitha of Wolfhou

It is my great pleasure to announce that my apprentice, Lady Blitha of 
Wolfhou, was inducted into the Order of the Laurel this day at Defending 
the Gate. Mistress Blitha is still a bit stunned, but rose to the 
occasion as I knew she would.

To all those who helped make this day what it was for her, Thank you. 
Thank you also to those who kept this a secret for so long.
